Education Rights about Supports & Services for Children!

The Chairperson of the Local Task Force on the Right to Education for 42 school districts in Allegheny County, Rebecca Hahn, will explain the history and purpose of the Local Task Force on the Right to Education in supporting students and families. Then, she will provide a broad overview of what supports and services are available to children and teenagers within various systems. Services which are available through school systems, healthcare systems, and community providers while be identified. Participants should leave this workshop with an understanding of how to get involved with their Local Task Force on the Right to Education for ongoing collaboration, advocacy, and support.
